Seo Elite Scam
Before I started writing the review for SEO Elite, I kept ordering my thoughts in my head. It is a good product, a product that can be used especially by beginner and intermediate SEO specialists in order to increase the rankings. Well, actually, the best feature of SEO Elite is the fact that you it offers you an interface for analyzing the competition’s links as well as your own.
Well, I was going to write all that and give it at least 4 stars, and then I made the mistake of entering the software’s website… just for extra inspiration. And there it was: a typical Internet Marketing scam! Another one… one that really saddened me, as I always believed that Brad Callen, the creator of SEO Elite, was above the fold.
The product used to cost a one time fee of $167. When I entered the website, to my amazement, it said only $47. “A very good deal”, I said to myself. What had made Brad Callen lower the price so much? I don’t know why, but I started reading the fine print, and there it was:
“After the full 30 day trial is up, we’ll bill you the special member price of only $47/month. “
So it doesn’t actually cost $47, it’s $47/month! I bet that 95% of all the people wanting to buy Seo Elite are convinced they are paying a one time fee of $47. Just another scam in an ocean of scams! I am deeply disappointed by Brad Callen and this… well, this belongs in the Hall of Shame.

The monthly payment fee is killer. Everybody is hopping on the membership plan these days. I hate it. I guess it does mean the software is updated regularly and you won’t pay for updates but the monthly fee thing hurts.

I think you should re visit the site and take a look down farther. It is 167.00 with no membership. I don’t know why he put all that crap up there.. Looks terrible. I copied the sales pitch from his website below. I own it and think it was well worth the money. I also own Keyword Elite, I wouldn’t buy KE one again.
“My Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee
Get a copy of SEO Elite for only $167. Use it for an entire 58 days! If you don’t get higher Google rankings AND double the amount of income you generate online, simply contact us and I’ll issue you a prompt refund. No questions asked. No hard feelings.
I’m so confident that if you use SEO Elite, you WILL see a major increase in your rankings and traffic, and it will atleast double your income that I’m willing to give you a complete refund if you want one within 58 FULL days! Try it and you’ll see why I’m offering you this crazy money-back guarantee.”

The $167 one time fee seems to have vanished. SEO Elite is apparently subscription only now.

He actually has 2 prices for this software. When you enter his website at seoelite it randomly redirects you to one of the two following pages:
The $167 price:
http://www.seoelite.com/index.htm
The $47/month price:
http://www.seoelite.com/index2.htm

I also fell for this scam. It says
Get Full Access To SEO Elite for only $47! - Not $47 per month…
Rip off…
Get a copy of SEO Elite for only $47, less than filling up your gas tank! Use it for an entire 8 weeks. If you don’t see a dramatic increase in your website’s rankings and traffic, simply contact us and I’ll issue you a prompt refund. No questions asked. No hard feelings.
No hard feelings my a**. Dirty Dogs. I am going to flood the internet with dodgy reviews about this company. I have about $500 in adword credits. I need to use them for something.

Slight off topic but…
Bought a copy of KE v1 this year and IMMEDIATELY realized Project #2 was not working.
Contact customer support and they told me they were aware of this issue and that they will address this problem in a later release/upgrade.
Nothing happened until v2 came out.
Contacted customer support again just to find out they want an extra $97 for me to upgrade!
I said no way, just give me a KE v1 that works as promised or give me back my money.
They keep repeating the same old story…sorry not possible, the bug with v1 is beyond our control… and btw, forget about your refund!
B####rds!

Hi,
I was coming here to write a nasty review as well, but I just received an email which made me change my mind.
Here the story…
I signed up for SEO Elite 9 months ago, knowing it was a pay per month software package. I recently went back to the site and saw that it was $167 once-off. (Meaning I had paid $423 for a $167 software package.) I must admit, I was extremely ***** off and sent the support people at SEO Elite a nasty email or 2.
I just got a reply now from one of the senior support people, apologizing for what had happened, saying that they’ve now changed the software to a monthly fee and haven’t yet taken down the old page (probably due to the fact that it’s well ranked.)
He said that they have now canceled my monthly payment, which means I now get SEO Elite with no further payments, plus he gave me the rest of Brad Callen’s software for free.
Now that’s customer service you don’t see everyday!

Brad’s a good guy. I learned SEO from him about 3 years ago. And SEO Elite is a good piece of software. Continuity (monthly membership) is also a good thing (for the product owner and also for affiliates) but the only thing I don’t like is why hide the fact that you’re getting people on a continued billing thing.
Thing is…if you didn’t buy it then you weren’t scammed and there is actually stuff in place to let the customer know what type of payment plan they’re getting. For example, SEO Elite is a Clickbank product right? When you go to Clickbank’s order page they clearly tell you what you’re paying, if you will be rebilled and so on.
The real scammers just hide it in the fine print with no other way for you to know.
Sorry, but I just think that you might be a little turned off by the payment plan. Doesn’t mean SEO Elite is a scam.

@Steve LMAO why don’t you give me the credits!!!

They are now offering a $7 trial for the first month, but since they have your credit card number, if you don’t cancel, they keep taking $47/month forever…
I haven’t found a single SEO tool yet that’s worth to pay a monthly membership for. It smells like a scam.
